rX by LVLX is a telehealth membership that gives you access to licensed medical providers from the comfort of your phone. For one flat monthly rate, you can consult with providers about a wide range of health concerns — from urgent care and chronic conditions to mental health, weight management, hormone therapy, and more.

After enrolling, you’ll be connected to our patient portal where you can request a visit, complete a brief intake form, and meet with a licensed provider via secure video or messaging. Most visits are completed same-day. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

Membership is $129/month, which covers unlimited provider visits. There are no per-visit fees, no co-pays, and no surprise bills. Prescription costs are separate and depend on your pharmacy and medication.

rX by LVLX operates as a direct-pay membership, meaning we work outside of traditional insurance. This keeps costs transparent and low. Some HSA/FSA accounts may cover telehealth memberships — check with your plan administrator.

Yes. When a provider determines a prescription is appropriate, they can send it to any pharmacy of your choosing — including major chains like CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart — or arrange delivery through a mail-order pharmacy.

rX by LVLX is expanding rapidly. Availability depends on where our licensed providers are credentialed. During enrollment you’ll be asked for your state of residence to confirm coverage. If your state isn’t yet available, we’ll add you to the waitlist.

Absolutely. rX by LVLX is fully HIPAA-compliant. All visits, messages, and health records are encrypted and stored securely. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time through the patient portal and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
